So... just for now i took the
COLLATE cp1251_general_ci out of XML file. I still wait for the really right thing to do. I thank you all for any help. Mysql version is 4.1.22.

I decided for an upgrade of The version 2.5 because the browsers IE and Firefox were not able to open the link menu component item AFM.
So, I uninstalled 2.5, but when installing 2.7, the error above appeared.
